1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Textcodes (textcodes.live), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Textcodes provides temporary virtual phone numbers from third-party providers for the purpose of receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). We act as a reseller and do not own or operate any phone numbers directly. Numbers are provided on a one-time-use basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Textcodes, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Wallet and Payments

  • All wallet balances are held in USD equivalent and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack.
  • Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Deposits are processed after Paystack confirms payment.
  • Minimum top-up is $2. Minimum withdrawal is $2.
  • Withdrawals are subject to bank processing times and Paystack transfer availability.

5. Refund Policy

  • If no SMS is received within 20 minutes of purchasing a number, your wallet is automatically refunded in full.
  • You may also manually cancel a number before it expires to receive an immediate refund.
  • Refunds are credited to your Textcodes wallet, not directly to your bank account.
  • Wallet balances can be withdrawn to a Nigerian bank account at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Textcodes to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person
  • Circumvent account bans or security measures on third-party platforms in ways that violate their terms
  • Spam, harass, or harm others
  • Resell access without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Service Availability

Textcodes depends on third-party number providers. We do not guarantee that specific services, countries, or operators will always be available. Number availability and success rates may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Textcodes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the balance in your wallet at the time of the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
